To my relief, she produced a clean pair of her husband’s socks, and I decided to give them a shot.
- Step One: I slipped my hand into one of the socks, like a glove puppet. The material of the sports sock was perfect—soft enough not to scratch but thick enough to spread the mousse evenly.
