Endolift Across London: A Clinic-by-Clinic Comparison

We Compare Endolift Treatments Across London Clinics

Minimally invasive aesthetic treatments continue to dominate London’s cosmetic scene. One of these star treatments is Endolift. This has emerged as a frontrunner in non-surgical facial and body contouring.

The treatment featured at the recent Aesthetic Medicine LIVE 2026 Awards, where it was acknowledged for its innovative approach to non-surgical facial and body contouring.

“This contouring technique has become extremely popular, especially for patients with a heavier neck or submental fullness,” said Dr. Cemal Kavasogullari, Aesthetic Practitioner, at the awards.

The treatment’s versatility and growing adoption contributed to its acknowledgement across several categories at the awards, cementing its reputation as a frontrunner in the field.

Endolift combines laser energy with micro-cannula precision to stimulate collagen and elastin production, to improve skin tightness and texture; and remodel localised fat deposits, to help achieve a sculpted appearance, without liposuction.

One of the greatest features of the treatment is its minimal downtime. Most patients can resume normal activities within 24 to 48 hours.

As Dr. Sarah Thompson, Clinical Director at W1 Aesthetic Clinic, has noted: “Endolift is unique in offering both lifting and fat reduction in a single session. Patients often notice a difference within a week, with continued improvement over three months.”

Endolift can be used across multiple aesthetic categories, making it suitable for both facial rejuvenation and body contouring.

On the face, it is commonly used to redefine the jawline and reduce submental fullness beneath the chin, creating a more sculpted profile while tightening loose skin on the neck. It can also provide full-face rejuvenation by lifting the mid-face, improving skin texture and stimulating collagen production for a firmer, more youthful appearance.
Delicate areas such as the under-eye region can benefit from reduced puffiness and tighter skin, while the cheeks and mid-face may appear lifted and more defined.
Endolift is also frequently used to soften the appearance of nasolabial folds and marionette lines by tightening underlying tissues and improving skin support.

Beyond the face, Endolift can be used on small body areas where localised fat deposits and skin laxity are concerns. Popular treatment areas include the upper arms, knees, inner thighs and small pockets of abdominal fat that are often resistant to diet and exercise. The laser energy selectively targets fat cells while simultaneously stimulating collagen and elastin production, helping to tighten the skin and improve body contours without the need for surgical liposuction.

In some patients, the treatment can also reduce the appearance of cellulite by improving skin elasticity and supporting the underlying connective tissue.

    London Clinics Offering Endolift Treatments

We put together a list of London clinics specialising in Endolift, including all relevant features of the treatment, so that you can choose the best option for you:

    1. No Filter Clinic

No Filter Clinic offers Endolift as an advanced, doctor-performed laser treatment for patients seeking skin tightening and fat reduction without surgery.

The treatment offer is ideal for concerns such as a double chin, sagging jawline, jowls and facial skin laxity. The clinic also performs Endolift on selected body areas to improve contour and firmness.

Optimised results through combination treatments: What distinguishes No Filter Clinic is its regenerative approach to aesthetics, with Endolift frequently incorporated into treatment plans alongside complementary procedures such as polynucleotides, PRP and other skin rejuvenation therapies to optimise long-term results.

    2. Yuki Clinic

Yuki Clinic offers Endolift as a minimally invasive, precision laser treatment.

A medically informed approach: What makes the clinic’s offering distinctive is its structured, medically informed approach to Endolift, including detailed treatment mapping and the use of different fibre types to customise energy delivery, depending on skin thickness and treatment area.

The clinic also positions Endolift as part of a broader advanced aesthetic portfolio, often combining skin tightening and contouring with complementary facial rejuvenation treatments, for more comprehensive results.

    3. Melo Clinic

Melo Clinic offers EndoDefine (also referred to as endo-laser non-surgical face and body sculpting) as an advanced, minimally invasive treatment designed to tighten skin, remodel small pockets of fat and improve facial and body contouring in a single procedure.

Unique EndoDefine offering: What distinguishes Melo Clinic’s offering is its ‘EndoDefine’ protocol. This combines internal laser stimulation with a comprehensive sculpting approach, to address both skin laxity and localised fat in a single session.

Treatments are carried out following detailed consultation and mapping of target zones.

    4. Nova Clinic

Nova Aesthetic Clinic is recognised as the first clinic in the UK to introduce Endolift, as well as one of the country’s most experienced providers. It offers Endolift as a flagship treatment.

Treatments are available for the submental (under-chin) area, jawline, neck, mid-face, malar (under-eye) region, as well as selected body areas, including the arms, abdomen and thighs.

Internationally recognised Endolift trainers: These are performed by internationally recognised Endolift trainers, including Dr. Luke Simmonds and Dr. Maria Faria, providing patients with access to highly experienced practitioners.

    5. Karwal Aesthetics

Karwal Aesthetics in London’s Mayfair offers a doctor-led Endolift service performed exclusively by Dr. Arun Karwal.

The treatment uses the 1470nm Endolift laser to treat a wide range of concerns, including the jawline, jowls, double chin, neck, décolletage and malar bags, while combined face-and-neck procedures are available for more comprehensive lifting and contouring.

A doctor-led approach: A distinguishing feature of Karwal Aesthetics is that every Endolift procedure is personally performed by Dr. Karwal, who is a GMC-registered former A&E doctor. Treatment plans are based on the degree of skin laxity rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

    6. Dr. Hass Clinic

Dr. Hass Clinic in London’s Mayfair offers a surgeon-led Endolift service using the official LASEmaR® 1500 laser system. Treatments are performed exclusively by Dr. Hasaneen Al Janabi, a GMC-registered doctor, Royal College of Surgeons member and award-winning Endolift practitioner and trainer.

Endolift services are offered for the jawline, jowls, under chin, neck, cheeks, under-eye area and selected body areas, including the abdomen, thighs and knees.

Individualised treatment plans: A distinctive feature of the clinic is its surgeon-performed approach, with every treatment individually mapped, rather than following a standard protocol.

Finding The Best Treatment For You

Across London Endolift is not exclusive to a small number of clinics. Clinics vary significantly in whether Endolift is a core specialty versus an occasional treatment offering. Prices vary based on clinic, treatment area, and combination therapies, but results are consistently positive when performed by experienced practitioners.

It’s all about finding the best treatment option for you.
