The International Beauty Show (IBS) will return to Las Vegas in June 2025. It will be offering beauty professionals a closer look at what’s happening across the industry. Stripped of the flashy slogans and bright lights, the event is best seen as a working opportunity. Ideal for salon owners, stylists, skincare specialists, and spa professionals, to stay current and learn what’s changing in the business of beauty.

IBS isn’t just a trade show for product launches and sales pitches. It’s a chance to see real-time demonstrations of new tools and techniques, attend practical classes and connect with people facing the same challenges as you. Rising costs, changing client demands and the push for cleaner, more inclusive products.

While the Las Vegas setting might be loud and playful, the value of the show lies in its substance. For example, professionals can test out new devices before buying, speak directly with brand reps about product performance, and compare how top educators approach everything from balayage to brow shaping. These aren’t theoretical lectures, they’re hands-on, business-minded sessions that focus on what actually works behind the chair or in a treatment room.

There is always much talk about trends. AI in skincare, eco-packaging, male grooming, or preventive aesthetics, IBS gives you a front-row view of which ideas are gaining traction and which ones might not be worth the hype. It’s also a good reality check. In a market filled with fast-changing fads, the show helps clarify what’s practical, profitable, and likely to last.

What Is IBS Las Vegas 2025 All About?

    IBS Las Vegas

IBS Las Vegas 2025 is set to be a landmark event in the global beauty industry this year. It will take place from June 21 to 23 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre and is expected to attract a crowd of over 20 000 beauty professionals. This means that you will be in good company!

The event is renowned for its comprehensive educational offerings, including over 100 free classes with exhibit hall admission, as well as hands-on workshops and summits for a more immersive learning experience. Around 400 exhibitors from around the world will be there to dazzle visitors with cutting-edge products, services and innovations.

You’ll rub shoulders with some of the industry’s most respected educators and artists, providing invaluable insights into cutting-edge techniques and business strategies. If you’re up to meeting new people and building new connections then there will be plenty of opportunities to network with peers and potential business partners so bring your business cards and merch with!

There will also be live demonstrations and main stage performances, showcasing the talents of top professionals and the latest innovations in the beauty sector.

You’re going to love the Live Fashion Hair Awards, a prestigious competition that celebrates the artistry and innovation of hairstylists from around the globe. This event offers attendees the chance to witness exceptional creativity and skill firsthand.

The show is exclusively open to licensed beauty professionals, cosmetology students, and educators, ensuring a focused and professional environment. IBS Las Vegas will also offer a special student and school rate this year, providing discounted access to the event to up-and-coming industry professionals.

Some of the People You Will Likely Meet At IBS

    IBS Las Vegas

An incredible mix of beauty professionals, industry leaders, and creative minds awaits guests to IBS Las Vegas 2025.

IBS often attracts well-known names in the beauty world and this includes celebrity stylists and industry icons. Past shows have featured icons like Larisa Love, Ted Gibson, and Nick Arrojo, so 2025 is expected to draw a similar calibre of talent.

Top educators and influencers will share tips and techniques on everything, from hair colouring and barbering, to extensions, skincare techniques, lash artistry, and more. Many of them have strong social media followings and bring a lot of energy to their sessions.

There will also be beauty brand founders and product developers, as well as salon owners and entrepreneurs. These connections can be great if you’re looking to retail new products, try the latest innovations, or even collaborate on future projects.

With all of this going on, there’s bound to be a strong media presence. Editors, content creators, and representatives from beauty publications and platforms are often on-site covering the event, so it’s a good time to build visibility for your brand or work.

    The Educators

Here are some of the educators who have confirmed they will be there!

    Tan France

The International Beauty Show (IBS) Las Vegas has announced Tan France as the keynote speaker for its 2025 event, taking place on June 21st. Best known for his role as the fashion expert on Queer Eye, France brings a unique perspective on personal style, identity, and confidence.

Topics that deeply resonate with professionals in the beauty industry. His keynote is included free with admission, adding major star power and inspiration to an already rich educational program.

This announcement positions IBS 2025 as not just a trade show, but a cultural moment for the beauty community.

    Season Bennett

Season Bennett is the CEO of The Social Barber. In 2017, Season Bennett walked away from her high-paying role as a Vice President at a Fortune 50 company to pursue entrepreneurship full time. Today, she empowers beauty professionals by teaching them how to build and sell digital products, helping them reduce burnout and create income beyond the salon or barbershop chair.
Season has also collaborated with top beauty industry names like Kim Kimble, Cynthia Lumzy, and Booksy. Through her coaching, she has guided numerous beauty pros to earn six and even seven-figure incomes.

    Savanna Boda

Savanna Boda is a licensed medical aesthetician and acne expert based in Dallas, Texas, known for her loyal Instagram following of over 377 000 skincare enthusiasts! She is the founder and owner of Savanna Boda Aesthetics, a results-focused medical spa dedicated to providing ethical, science-backed treatments.

Outside of her clinic, Savanna is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows and a mentor to fellow aestheticians, sharing her deep knowledge and passion for skincare across multiple platforms. She’s committed to educating others, whether through hands-on client care, engaging social media content, or speaking at professional events.

    Sean Casey

Sean Casey is a highly respected Master Barber, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in the barbering world. He is the founder of the nationally acclaimed TwinCutZ barbershops and the creator of the Barber Academy by Sean Casey, both of which have set new standards in grooming and education.
With a passion for mentorship, Sean has trained over 10 000 barbers globally, equipping them with the skills and confidence to succeed.
Known for his engaging presence, he is also a featured speaker at top industry events like IBS and Premiere Orlando, where he shares his expertise in blending timeless barbering techniques with modern styles. He’s also the author of The Barber’s Journey, a guidebook for aspiring barbers.
    Nikki Jacobson

For Nikki Jacobson, Director of Education at LBLA, it’s all about lashes and beauty! She has 18 years of experience in the beauty and lash industry and is widely recognised as a leading educator and influential figure in the lash community.
She is known for her dedication to advancing the lash industry by developing innovative techniques, products, and educational concepts.

The list of educators continues to grow in the build-up to the June event.

    Exhibitors at IBS 2025

The stats don’t lie… 94 percent of attendees to IBS Las Vegas purchase products and equipment for professional use, with 89 percent coming to purchase products for themselves. As high as 97 percent come to the event to learn new techniques and trends.

If you’re an exhibitor, IBS offers a powerful platform to showcase your brand to thousands of eager professionals, including hairstylists, colourists, barbers, nail techs, make-up artists, lash experts, and estheticians. These are all actively seeking new products and services.

Says Damiano Petrucelli from Parlux: “We’ve been coming to IBS for the past ten years and we love exhibiting here because we meet all the salon owners and we will continue to come because it’s a great event, with great energy on the show floor.”

    Brand New On The Agenda

A standout addition at IBS Las Vegas 2025 is the ‘What’s New for You Zone’. This is an area highlighting first-time exhibitors. This space offers attendees the opportunity to explore innovative product lines, engage with debuting companies, and be among the first to experience newly launched products!

In addition to this, the ‘Say Yes to You Hub’, powered by Dove, introduces a wellness-focused sanctuary encouraging self-care and providing spaces for relaxation, free professional headshots, mental wellness sessions, and mindful movement programming, all aimed at enriching the show experience. This new area will definitely make a visit to the expo worthwhile.

The show floor will also feature the ‘Look & Learn Stage’, where attendees can watch demonstrations of cutting-edge techniques by acclaimed artists, discovering new ways to enhance their technical abilities while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere with cocktails and colleagues.

Moreover, the ‘Studio Stage’ on the IECSC exhibit floor will host an incredible lineup of speakers, demonstrations, and intimate discussions, offering attendees access to some of the show’s most influential voices and in-depth demonstrations, all conveniently located right on the exhibit floor.

IBS Las Vegas 2025 In A Nutshell

IBS Las Vegas 2025 is a game-changing opportunity for beauty professionals looking to grow, connect, and stay ahead of the industry curve.

It’s definitely worth your time. We hope to see you there!
